Design Phase

Our Design + Build approach is based upon a collaboration between architect, designer, engineer, and construction team. This strategy improves & fuses the project scope to assure success.

Estimation

After the completion of your projects design, you will be provided a schedule of values specific to your home and desired finishes. This estimation process sets up the project for success by providing the team with a road map to help maintain the budget.

Construction Contract

When you are completely happy with your home's layout and design, it is time to review the Construction Contract.

Permitting Process

The moment a construction contract is signed, we will begin submitting all drawings and forms for governmental approval. Permit issuance periods vary, dependent on each projects' requirements.

Design Selection

While your permits are underway,  you will be having fun choosing all of the finish options!  Exterior & interior paint/stain colors, plumbing fixtures, appliances, flooring, decorative lighting, hardware, & etc... We are here to guide and help you through the entire process.

Construction

Now it is time to see your dream home, your vision, become a reality!

Final Walk-Thru

We will complete a thorough walk-thru with you, of your new home. This is when we will address and make a "punch list" of any last minute touch- ups & adjustments that need to be made.
